“Property was super clean and breakfast was so good. We reserved a suite and the kitchenette was so nice and had everything you need for a short stay. The pool was outside and was not super clean, but other than that everything was amazing! The young lady at the reception was so helpful and kind!”

“On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

“We were "Very Happy" with our choice to stay at this hotel after a 13 hour drive from Southwest Florida.
Our room was very clean, updated, a very comfortable bed, and perfect room temperature. It was set at a perfect sleeping temperature. The bath room towels were all fluffy and seemed very new, which we don't always see in hotel rooms. We didn't have to adjust the AC at all. We slept well because it was far enough from the highway traffic noise. The breakfast was a nice choice of items. I...

“Upon arrival we found a BED BUG alive, walking on the bed! (3rd floor) We brought the insect to the front desk and requested to see another room. After inspecting the bed of a room of the first floor, we found evidence (dark spots/feces under the mattress) that there were bed bugs on that room too. We requested a refund, witch was granted, and left the hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel as a BED BUG INFESTATION.”

“We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out.
